Description of the position and key functions: We are looking for an experienced Captain for an LPG vessel with a deadweight of 28,000 tonnes. The vessel is equipped with a main MAN B&W ME engine and was built in 2017. Responsibilities include full supervision of the vessel’s navigation and safety operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant maritime and environmental regulations.
Requirements and qualifications: Candidates must have a valid Merchant Navy Captain qualification and demonstrable previous experience in managing LPG vessels. A high level of competence in liquefied gas loading and unloading operations is expected, as well as leadership and crew management skills.
