Description of the position and key functions: Crew members with experience are required for our 40,000 DWT bulk carriers, built in 2024. The Chief Engineer position involves managing the main engine MAN 5S50ME-C9.7 TierII, a set with HPSCR. Responsibilities include overseeing the operation and maintenance of the electronic engine and effective coordination with the rest of the team on board.
Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience with electronic engines. Preferably under 45 years old and of Ukrainian nationality.
Additional details: Contract of 4 ± 1 months. Salary between 9,500 and 10,000 USD (depending on experience). Estimated embarkation in August 2025. Starlink internet with 1 GB free daily. Filipino cook on board, offering meals such as borshch, golubtsi, and khachapuri ajaruli.
