Description of the position and key functions: An urgent need for a Technical Engineer with an ITSO certificate approved by OPITO (OPITO 6101) to join one of our Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels (ERRV) starting from September 2025. The selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of engines and other essential mechanical systems on board.
Requirements and qualifications: It is essential to have the ITSO certificate approved by OPITO (OPITO 6101). Previous experience on similar vessels and the ability to work in international mixed teams will be valued.
Additional details: – Operating region: UKOOA. – Contract duration: alternating 4 weeks on board and 4 weeks off. – Type of crew: mixed international. – Salary: according to ITF/RMT standards.
