Description of the position and key responsibilities: A Second Engineer (2E) is required to work on a Bulk Carrier of 92,710 deadweight tonnage (DWT). The main responsibilities include the maintenance and operation of the propulsion systems and other mechanical equipment on board, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all machinery during the voyage. In addition, collaboration with the Captain and other crew members in the technical direction of the ship is expected.
Requirements and qualifications: Candidates must hold citizenship from Ukraine, Georgia, or the European Union. Previous experience on similar vessels and the required certifications for the Second Engineer role are essential.
