Professional Opportunity: Captain SDPO for PLV – ETPM – Norway to USA Voyage

Description of the position and key functions: We are looking for an expert Captain SDPO to lead a cable laying vessel (PLV), with specific experience in this type of vessel. The role includes the responsibility of commanding the PLV from Norway to the United States, managing the operation of the ship and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the maneuvers and voyage.

Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience as a Captain on PLV vessels. Master CoC A-II/2 qualification. Required certificates: Seafarer Medical, STCW BST, STCW AFF, STCW Med Care, STCW PSCRB, Ship Security Officer, Unlimited DP, Generic ECDIS, GMDSS. Additional certifications: OPITO BOSIET/FOET/HUET, Passport, Seafarer’s Book, STCW BRM/HELM, Marlins English test. Valid visa for the USA, with C1D being sufficient.

Additional details: The contract duration is 3 weeks, starting on September 20. The remuneration will be under a contract in British pounds (GBP), in accordance with current regulations.
