Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

Multiple positions are available for engineers on board VLCC and Product Tankers (35,000 – 109,719 DWT). Responsibilities include the maintenance and operation of the vessel’s machinery, ensuring efficient and safe operation. Candidates with experience on similar vessels are preferred.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Chief Engineer: Minimum 24 months of experience in the same rank and type of vessel.
  • Second Engineer: Minimum 24 months of experience in the same rank and type of vessel.
  • Third Engineer: Minimum 12 months of experience in the same rank and type of vessel.
  • Fourth Engineer: Minimum 12 months of experience in the same rank and type of vessel.

Only candidates with relevant experience on tankers of the same type and rank will be considered. A good level of English is required.

Additional Details:

  • Company with high standards of operation and safety.
  • Contracts of 3 months of work followed by 3 months of rest for the top 4 ranks.
  • Contracts of 3 months of work followed by 2 months of rest for the junior engineer.
  • MARAD documentation is required.
