Description of the position and key functions: An experienced Chief Engineer is urgently needed for an AHT (Anchor Handling Tug) specialized in towing and static towing operations. The role involves directing and supervising the operation and maintenance of the ship’s technical equipment, ensuring optimal performance during operations.
Requirements and qualifications: Minimum of 18 months accumulated experience on board as Chief Engineer, with at least 6 months of recent experience on vessels with DP 1 (Dynamic Positioning) system. Availability to start in mid-October. Rotation of 2/2 months. Salary between £7,000 and £7,600 monthly.
