Requirements and qualifications: A Second Engineer Certificate of Competency (COC III/2 unlimited) in accordance with STCW regulations is required. Previous experience in a similar position onboard cruises, with at least two completed contracts, will be valued. It is essential to have communication skills in English and demonstrate motivation and willingness to grow professionally. Service orientation and the ability to work in a team are essential.
