Description of the position and key responsibilities:
We are looking for a Second Officer for the bulk carrier Medi Giannutri, built in 2018 with a cargo capacity of 89,365 DWT. Responsibilities include supervising loading and unloading operations, maintenance, onboard safety management, and assisting the First Officer in their duties.
Requirements and qualifications:
Proficiency in English at a professional level. Previous experience of 10 to 12 months on vessels of the same type and similar capacity. Age limit: 36 years. Mandatory Canadian visa. MARAD verification required.
