Afalina Shipping Management Company is looking for qualified professionals for the position of Able Seafarer Deck on board our fleet of refrigerated vessels with a DWT of 8000 tonnes or more.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities
The Deck Sailor will be responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of the deck equipment, including the handling of cranes and/or davits, ensuring that operations are carried out safely and efficiently. Duties may include general ship maintenance and support in loading and unloading maneuvers.
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience on refrigerated vessels is preferred. Knowledge and experience in handling cranes and/or davits on board. Qualification as a Qualified Deck Sailor. Maximum age of 60 years.
