Description of the position and key functions: A Second Engineer is required for offshore vessels with responsibilities in the supervision and maintenance of propulsion systems and machinery. Requirements and qualifications: Certificate of Competency (COC) as a Second Engineer. Minimum of 12 months documented experience as a Second Engineer on offshore vessels.
