Requirements

Good level of English, previous experience on passenger vessels, preferred citizenship from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Romania, or Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

According to the international STCW convention, typical duties of a First Officer on a passenger vessel include supervising the daily operations of the vessel, managing safety on board, planning navigation, and coordinating with the Captain and other officers to ensure compliance with maritime regulations.
