IQrew Management is seeking a Chief Engineer to join a research/survey vessel engaged in search and rescue activities in the Mediterranean Sea.

- Location: Italy
- Salary: 6500 – 6700 Euros per month
- Contract: 2 +/-1 months
- Vessel Type: Research/Survey Vessel (built in 2002, Panama flag, GRT 1346 / DWT 800)
- Required Documentation: Ukrainian Passport
- Necessary Training: Experience in rank and on offshore vessels, knowledge of English

Responsibilities
Typically, according to the international STCW convention, the responsibilities of a Chief Engineer on a research/survey vessel include supervising and maintaining the vessel’s propulsion and machinery systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and managing the engine room staff.
