Position Overview

Chief Engineer position available for a Crew Boat (service vessel) operating in Saudi Arabia / ARAMCO waters. This is a 120-day contract position with Ryan Ship Management Pvt Ltd, offering a daily rate of 250 USD. Scheduled travel is arranged for 10/03/2026.

Requirements

  • STCW III/2 COC Certificate of Competency
  • 24 months of experience as Chief Engineer on Crew Boats
  • Nationality from one of the listed countries: Azerbaijan, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Honduras, India, Jordan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Myanmar, Nigeria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tanzania, Turkey, Ukraine, Indonesia, Ghana, Montenegro, Slovenia, South Africa, Cameroon

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the vessel’s propulsion plant and auxiliary systems
  • Supervision of the engine department and management of technical personnel
  • Compliance with onboard safety and environmental procedures
  • Planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Management of machinery inventories and spare parts

Required Documentation

  • STCW III/2 COC Certificate
  • Seaman’s Book
  • Current medical certificates
  • Valid passport
  • Specific training certificates (as required by the company)
