Requirements

  • Ukrainian nationality
  • Valid STCW certification for Engineer Officer (with specialisation for general cargo vessels)
  • Current medical certificates
  • Previous experience as Third Engineer Officer on general cargo vessels

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of engine room operations under the direction of the Chief Engineer
  • Maintenance of propulsion and auxiliary equipment
  • Control of fuel and lubrication systems
  • Compliance with safety and environmental procedures
  • Engine room watchkeeping duties
