Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Chief Officer for a Bulk Carrier vessel. This is a temporary contract position for 5 months with a competitive salary of €7,400 per month. The role requires availability to embark on 10.04.2026 and offers flexible location assignment based on company allocation.

Vessel and Company Details

• Vessel Type: Bulk Carrier (180,000 DWT)

• Required Training: Official nautical training and certification as Deck Officer

Requirements

• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for Chief Officer
• Previous experience on bulk carrier vessels

• Supervision of deck operations and loading/unloading
• Responsible for vessel safety and maintenance
• Management of deck crew under the Captain’s direction
• Compliance with international regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL)
