Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer for a temporary 3-month contract starting in April, to join an AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) vessel without DP (Dynamic Positioning) systems. This position offers a competitive daily rate in USD and represents an excellent opportunity within an offshore fleet.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in the rank of Chief Engineer on similar AHTS vessels
- Experience with ASD (Azimuth Stern Drive) propulsion systems
- Aramco approval (certification required to operate in Saudi Aramco facilities)
- Good level of English (operational and safety communication)
Responsibilities
- Supervision of the AHTS vessel’s engine department
- Maintenance and operation of ASD propulsion systems
- Compliance with Aramco safety protocols in offshore operations
- Coordination with the Captain and deck department for towing and supply operations
Required Documentation
- Updated CV
- Updated STCW certificates
- Seaman’s book
- Medical certificates (including fitness for offshore work)
- Valid Aramco approval
