Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the rank in the offshore sector
- Good level of English (operational communication)
Responsibilities
- According to STCW, typical Second Engineer functions include: supervision of the engine department, maintenance of propulsion and auxiliary systems, management of technical inventories, and support to the Chief Engineer in daily operations.
- On offshore PSVs, additional responsibilities include specific duties related to dynamic positioning (DP) systems and platform support equipment.
