Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) for a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) DP2 operating in West Africa. This position offers a competitive salary and a rotational contract with equal time on/off.

• Salary: 8250 USD/month (equivalent to 275 USD/day)
• Location: West Africa (WAF), specifically Côte d’Ivoire
• Contract: Rotational contract 60 days on board / 60 days on leave
• Vessel Type: Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) DP2, with 2400 GRT and 3600 DWT, built in 2010, Liberian flag

• Required Qualification: Certificate of Competency (COC) / END as Electro-Technical Officer, in accordance with STCW

Requirements

• Ukrainian nationality (only residents of Ukraine, excluding Crimea)
• Age limit: 55 years
• Minimum 12 months experience in the ETO rank
• Minimum 12 months actual previous offshore experience in the same rank
• DP maintenance certificate and DPM experience
• Good level of English
• Valid passport, seaman’s book, Certificate of Competency (COC) / END, and updated STCW documents
• Complete vaccination (certificates for yellow fever, polio, and COVID-19)

Functions

According to STCW, the typical functions of an ETO include the maintenance and repair of electrical, electronic, and automation systems on board, as well as the supervision of navigation and communication equipment. On PSV DP2 vessels, special attention is required for dynamic positioning (DP) systems and offshore equipment.
