Bosun – Offshore Vessel – Worldwide

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join the crew of an offshore vessel operating worldwide. This is a permanent position with a start date of 15th July 2024. The role involves leading deck operations and ensuring the safety and maintenance of the vessel.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bosun on offshore vessels.
  • Valid STCW certification.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise deck crew and coordinate daily operations.
  • Maintain deck equipment and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Assist with cargo handling and mooring operations.
  • Report to the Deck Officer and Captain as required.

Contract Details

Contract type: Permanent. Duration: Ongoing. Salary: €4,500 per month. Work location: Worldwide itineraries, with rotations of 4 months on/2 months off.
