Position Overview

YHA is seeking a Head of Communications and Engagement to join our team. This is a hybrid role with remote working combined with travel to our head office in Matlock, Derbyshire (DE4 3YH) and around our network. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.

Requirements

Proven experience in communications and engagement roles
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with regular travel
Strong leadership and strategic communication skills
Experience working with organisational networks and stakeholders
