Description of the position and key functions: A Electro Technical Officer (ETO) is sought to work aboard a ship specialized in cable laying, DP2 type. The duties include maintenance and supervision of the ship’s technical and electrical systems, ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment during operations in KSA.
Requirements and qualifications: The candidate must hold a license as Electro Technical Officer and have a minimum of 24 months of proven experience in the same rank and type of vessel. It is essential to have an updated CV detailing sea service, along with COC and endorsements, all valid STCW certificates, copy of passport, seaman’s book with service details, references from previous employers, medical certificate, and pass the Marlins Test with a minimum score of 70% in all sections. Full Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
