Description of the position and key functions: Olive Crew Management Ltd is looking for a Second Engineer for a modern bulk carrier, with the aim of joining their Ukrainian crew team. The responsibilities of the Second Engineer include overseeing and maintaining the propulsion systems and machinery of the ship, ensuring the efficient operation of MAN B&W ME equipment, and collaborating with the technical team on board.
Requirements and qualifications: Relevant previous experience on bulk carriers of similar capacity (DWT: 63,000-82,000) and recent year of construction (2019-2021) is required, as well as appropriate training and certification for the position of Second Engineer.
Additional details: Date of joining: Between April 25, 2025, and May 10, 2025. The contract duration is 4 months, with a possible extension of 2 months. Salary offer: 7,300 USD.
