Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
The cook will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew on board a general cargo ship with a DWT of 14400 and built in 2012. Responsibilities include menu planning, ingredient acquisition, daily meal preparation, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen. Skills in bakery and pastry preparation are particularly valued.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of two contracts of experience in the same rank on similar types of ships.
- Skills in baking and bread making.
- Stable maritime service.
- Work diploma and relevant certificates.
- Good level of English.
