Description of the position and key functions: We are looking for a qualified Chief Officer SDPO to serve on board a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) DP2 with diesel-electric propulsion and Z drive steering system. The main responsibilities include supervising deck operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and efficient team management.

Requirements and qualifications:
– Minimum of 12 months experience in the same offshore range and scope.
– Unlimited DP license.
– Fluent English level.
– Valid documentation: Passport, Seaman’s Book, Certificate of Competency (COC/END), and STCW documents.
– Complete vaccination certificates (Yellow Fever, Polio).
– Maximum age: 55 years.
– Experience with diesel-electric PSV DP2, Z-drive steering systems, and vessels over 3000 GT.

Additional details:
– Operating region: West Africa – Namibia.
– Date of joining: As soon as the visa is obtained.
– 2-month contract with possibility of extension for another 2 months.
– Vessel construction in 2015, under the flag of Liberia.
