Description of the position and key functions: Qualified crew members are sought for immediate joining to work on tankers with Panamanian flag. Contracts have a duration of 4 +/- 1 month. The available positions include the following:

  • AB (Bridge Sailor): Execute deck tasks under the supervision of the officer on watch.
  • 2/E (Second Engineer): Assist the chief engineer in the maintenance and operation of the propulsion systems and machinery of the vessel.
  • C/O (Chief Officer): Supervise deck operations and coordinate the loading, unloading, and safety of the vessel.
  • BOSUN (Boatswain): Supervise the deck crew and carry out vessel maintenance.
  • FITTER (Fitter): Perform repairs and maintenance of machinery according to the chief engineer’s instructions.
  • COOK (Cook): Prepare meals for the crew and manage food provisioning.
  • STEWARD (Steward): Assist in meal service and maintenance of cleanliness in common areas.
  • OS (Ordinary Seaman): Support basic deck operations under supervision.

Requirements and qualifications: Candidates must have the corresponding certifications according to the current STCW Code for each position:

  • AB and BOSUN: STCW II/5
  • 2/E: STCW III/2
  • C/O: STCW II/2
  • FITTER: STCW III/4 or III/5
  • OS: STCW II/4
