Description of the Position and Key Functions: A Second Officer is being sought for a Suezmax crude oil tanker. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations on board, collaborating in navigation, and maintaining ship safety and regulations. The ship was built in South Korea and has a mixed crew of Europeans and Filipinos.
Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 contracts (12 months) in the same rank on a Suezmax vessel. Good level of English. The onboarding process includes the CES Test, an interview with the superintendent, and a visit to the company’s office.
