Description of the Position and Key Functions: We are looking to fill the position of Ordinary Seaman aboard the MSC WEC, a 10,000 GT container ship built in 2007 flying the Portuguese flag. The selected candidate will be responsible for general deck duties, ship maintenance, and assisting in maneuvers under direct supervision.
Requirements and Qualifications: Previous experience as an Ordinary Seaman on cargo ships, preferably on container ships. Valid STCW training and certification. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
Additional Details: Joining date: July 9, 2025. Contract duration: 5 months. Salary: 2400 USD per month. Engine type: MAK, 10,000 KW.
