Description of the position and key functions: We are looking for a Second Engineer to join the crew of a Bulk Carrier type Panamax, built in South Korea in 2007, with a DWT of 92,567 tonnes and main engine MAN B&W MC. The shipowner is from Greece and the crew will be composed of a mix of Europeans and Filipinos. Key functions include the operation and maintenance of the main engine and auxiliary equipment on board, ensuring efficient and safe vessel operation.

Requirements and qualifications: Minimum 12 months experience in the Second Engineer rank. Good level of English. Previous experience on Panamax type vessels.

Additional details: Salary: £8500 + £400 RB. Contract duration: 4 + 1 months. Expected embarkation in July. Internet connection on board: 2 Gb per month.
