The responsibilities of the 4th Engineer include supervising and maintaining propulsion systems and machinery on board, carrying out minor repairs under the supervision of the Chief Engineer, and collaborating in the daily operational management of the ship to ensure its efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Degree in Maritime Engineering or similar.
Previous experience in a similar position on merchant ships is desirable.
Knowledge of the MAN B&W 8S70 MC-C engine model.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with the crew.

Additional Details:

Contract Type: 4 +/- 1 months.
Ship: Container ship with a deadweight capacity of 35,768 tonnes.
