Description of the position and key responsibilities: We are looking for a Chief Cook to work on a Ro-Ro ship. The person in this role will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation of high-quality meals for the mixed crew. Planning menus, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area will be essential. Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience as a Chief Cook on ships. Ability to work with a mixed crew and adapt menus to different cultures. Knowledge of stock management and food hygiene. Additional details: Monthly salary: £2500. One-time bonus: £300.
