Chief Cook Position for VLCC – Nouri Alwan Marine AS
Are you an experienced Chief Cook looking for a new opportunity in the maritime sector? Nouri Alwan Marine AS is currently seeking a Chief Cook for a Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC), specifically for the vessel SAKE. As the Chief Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing daily menus for the crew on board. This role also involves managing kitchen supplies, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, and collaborating closely with other crew members to address dietary needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cook on ships, preferably on VLCCs or similar vessels
- Knowledge of food regulations and safety on board
- Ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills
