Chief Engineer for AHTS/PSV/SSRV Vessels – International – £280-£300 per day
There is a position available for a Chief Engineer on AHTS/PSV/SSRV vessels without dynamic positioning system (NON DP). The role involves leading and managing the maintenance and operation of propulsion systems and machinery on board. Responsibilities include supervising a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring all operational systems are in optimal condition, and complying with international maritime safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Chief Engineer License
- Mandatory minimum experience of 24 months on similar vessels in the Chief Engineer rank
- Candidates with ARAMCO approval are preferred
Required documentation includes: updated CV, COC and Endorsement, valid STCW certificates, copy of passport, complete seafarer’s book, references from previous employers, medical certificate, and Marlins test with a minimum score of 80% in all sections. Full vaccination against Covid-19 is also required.
