We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer for a DP2 Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) with specific expertise in Cummins engines and diesel-electric propulsion systems. This position is based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with worldwide navigation.

- Salary: $400 per day
- Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE) – Base, with worldwide navigation
- Contract: Rotation contract 90 days ON/OFF
- Vessel Type: DP2 Platform Supply Vessel (PSV)

- Required Qualification: First Class Engineer Officer (Chief Engineer) certificate recognised by the relevant maritime administration

Requirements
- Experience as Chief Engineer on DP2 PSV vessels
- Specific experience with Cummins engines
- Experience with diesel-electric propulsion systems
- Knowledge of DP (Dynamic Positioning) system maintenance
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the vessel’s engine department
- Supervision and maintenance of Cummins engines
- Management of diesel-electric propulsion systems
- Maintenance of DP (Dynamic Positioning) systems
- Compliance with SOLAS and MARPOL regulations in the engine department
Required Documentation
- Valid Chief Engineer certificate
- Updated STCW certificates
- DP specialisation certificate (level 2 or higher)
- Seaman’s book
- Valid passport
- Maritime medical certificates
