Chief Engineer for Self-Propelled Jack Up Barge – International – £350/day
Description of the position and key responsibilities: We are looking for a professional to fill the role of Chief Engineer on a Self-Propelled Jack Up Barge. Responsibilities include the maintenance and supervision of all propulsion systems and machinery on board the ship. The candidate will work in the navigation area of KSA, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
Requirements and qualifications: Mandatory Chief Engineer license. Minimum experience of 24 months as Second Engineer on a Self-Propelled Jack Up Barge or 24 months as Chief Engineer on an AHTS. Approval from ARAMCO is preferable. Valid STCW certificates, passport, seaman’s book, and references from previous employers. Medical certificate and proof of full Covid-19 vaccination. Minimum score of 70% in all sections of the Marlins Test.
Additional details: Salary of £350 per day. Contract duration of 60 +/- 10 days. Immediate incorporation.
