Description of the position and key functions: We are looking for a qualified Chief Machinery Officer to work on AHTS, PSV, and SSRV type vessels not equipped with DP. The main responsibilities include managing and maintaining the machinery systems on board, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all technical facilities on the ship.
Requirements and qualifications: Chief Machinery License. Minimum experience of 24 months in the position of Chief Machinery Officer, including at least 6 months on similar vessels. Possess an updated CV with details of sea service. Have the COC, Endorsement, and all valid STCW certificates. Copy of passport and seaman’s book with details of service on each vessel mentioned in the CV. References from previous employers. Valid medical certificate. Full vaccination against Covid-19.
Additional details: The offer includes a salary of £270 per day and a contract duration of 60 + 30 days. The sailing area is Abu Dhabi and immediate incorporation is required.
