Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Crane Operator for an Offshore Support Vessel (OSCOV) DP2 operating in the USA area. This position requires a 4-week contract with a daily rate of €320. Requirements
- EU Nationality
- Able Seaman’s Licence
- Crane Operator Certificate (Sparrows Stage 3, EnerMech Stage 3, G5 or AIS Survivex)
- HUET Certificate (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) and CA-EBS (Cabin Emergency Alarm System)
- Valid U.S. Visa B1-OCS or B1 for wind activities
- Minimum 12 months of experience on board as a Crane Operator on MPSV/OCV/DSV type vessels
- Full Covid-19 vaccination
Responsibilities
- Operate the 150-tonne SWL crane on board the OSCOV DP2
- Perform loading and unloading manoeuvres during offshore operations
- Collaborate in general vessel operations as per instructions from the Bosun or Deck Officer
- Maintain and verify crane equipment according to safety procedures
- Participate in emergency drills and comply with on-board safety protocols

- Seaman’s Licence (COC) and Endorsement, and all valid STCW certificates
- Passport copy
- Copies of all pages of the seaman’s book with evidence of sea service detailed in the CV
