Description of the position and key responsibilities:
We are looking for a First Officer (CO) to join a Panamax bulk carrier built in 2005, with a deadweight tonnage (DWT) of 76,225 tons. The estimated start date is between late February and mid-March. Key responsibilities include effectively managing daily operations on board and maintaining smooth communication with the captain and crew.
Requirements and qualifications:
Candidates must have a valid visa for the United States, previous experience on Panamax bulk carriers, and experience working with mixed crews. A good level of English is essential, as well as a stable maritime service history. Additionally, personal characteristics highlighted by previous employers will be positively valued.
