Marine Agency Univis Ltd, one of the leading crewing agencies in Ukraine since 1992, is looking for a highly qualified Chief Engineer to join their crew. This position is focused on Bulker type vessels with a deadweight of 70,000 tonnes.
Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
The Chief Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and efficient operation of the engine room, ensuring the proper functioning of the main engine (ME) and other crucial mechanical equipment on board. This role involves supervising technical staff and coordinating repairs and maintenance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
– Minimum 12 months of experience in the same rank on bulkers.
– Adequate level of English for technical and operational communication.
– Ability to lead teams and manage emergency situations effectively.

– Contract Duration: 4 +/- 1 months.
– Position Location: International.
