Job Opportunity: Second Officer/DPO on DP3 Vessel – Gangway Experience
Description of the position and key functions: We are looking for a Second Officer/DPO to work on a DP3 vessel. The main responsibilities include managing and operating the K-POS 21 dynamic positioning system and handling gangways. This role involves working on accommodation, construction, or pipeline-laying vessels with a minimum gross tonnage of 7000t.
Requirements and qualifications: Preferably experience on DP3 vessels (Accommodation/Construction/Pipeline-laying) with a minimum GT of 7000t. Experience with the DP system K-POS 21. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Second Officer/DPO on DP vessels (730 days on board). Must possess a Full DP Certificate. Experience in gangway operation is necessary. ARAMCO approval would be an advantage.
