Job Opportunity: Steward for Research/Survey Vessel
Are you looking for a new challenge in the maritime sector? WishToSail.com is currently seeking a Steward to join a research/survey vessel. As a Steward, you will play a key role in managing the dining area and service areas, ensuring the well-being of the crew during the assigned rotation. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and collaborating with the kitchen staff.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar roles, as well as skills in onboard service and maintenance. The ability to work well in a team and flexibility in work shifts are highly valued. Preferably, candidates should have training related to hospitality or maritime services.
This position involves rotating shifts, with 4 weeks of work onboard followed by 4 weeks off. The Steward will share a cabin with the Cook, with alternating shifts.
