Description of the role and key responsibilities:
We are looking to fill a Motorman position to work on a general cargo vessel. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and daily operation of the ship’s mechanical systems, ensuring efficient and safe operation. Responsibilities include engine supervision, auxiliary equipment, and assistance in necessary repairs.
Requirements and qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar position, preferably on general cargo vessels. Knowledge of engine maintenance and naval mechanical systems. Ability to work with crew of various nationalities (EU, UA, GEO).
Additional details:
Expected start date: 10th May 2025. Contract duration: 4+/-1 months. Salary between 1669-2000 EUR, depending on experience. Vessel DWT: 3000-5000 tonnes.
