Ryan Ship Management Pvt Ltd is seeking a Second Engineer for a DP2 AHTS vessel with international experience.

Technical Details

  • Location: Saudi Arabia / ARAMCO
  • Salary: USD 225 per day
  • Contract: 120 days

  • Required Documentation: Second Engineer Competency Certificate (2ND ENG COC) and DP Maintenance Certificate
  • Required Training: According to the international STCW convention, training in safety management, machinery operation, and maintenance of DP systems is required.

Requirements

The candidate must have at least 12 months of previous experience as a Second Engineer on a DP2 AHTS vessel. Citizenship or visa from one of the following countries is required: Azerbaijan, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Egypt, Georgia, Honduras, India, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Myanmar, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tanzania, Turkey, Ukraine, Indonesia, Chile, Ghana, Slovenia, South Africa, Cameroon.

Responsibilities

According to the international STCW convention, typical duties of a Second Engineer on a DP2 AHTS vessel include supervising the operation and maintenance of the vessel’s machinery, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the officer is expected to assist in onboard safety management and participate in the training of junior staff.
