We are seeking a qualified Second Engineer for immediate deployment on a seismic vessel operating worldwide. This is a 4-month contract position with a competitive monthly salary of 8,100 USD.

- Benefits: In accordance with the MLC 2006 Convention, minimum working conditions such as adequate accommodation, food, medical assistance, and repatriation are guaranteed. On seismic vessels, regulated rest periods and compensation for work in remote areas are common.
Requirements
- Immediate start (mid-April)
- Previous experience on seismic vessels or similar
- Updated STCW certifications
- Valid seaman’s book
- Medical fitness certificate for embarkation
Responsibilities
- Supervision of the engine department under the orders of the Chief Engineer
- Maintenance and operation of propulsion and auxiliary machinery
- Control of electrical generation and automation systems
- Management of spare parts and consumables inventories
- Compliance with onboard safety and environmental procedures
Required Documentation
- STCW certifications (including basic and specific training)
- Seaman’s book
- Medical fitness certificate
- Valid passport
- Professional identity card (if applicable)
