Atlas Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Second Officer to join a semi-submersible vessel for one of their clients for a period of three weeks starting from 18th June 2025 in the UK. Key responsibilities include managing and supervising onboard safety, as well as assisting in navigation using advanced equipment according to industry standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Valid passport.
  • BOSIET/FOET/CA-EBS certifications.
  • OEUK certificate or equivalent.
  • Bi-Deltoidea Measurement (PSTT).
  • MIST certification.
  • Marine Medical Certificate (ENG-1).
  • STCW Certificate of Competency (OOW Unlimited).
  • General Operator’s GMDSS Certificate (GOC).
  • Designated Security Duties Certification.
  • Generic ECDIS.
  • Updated STCW Training – Personal Survival Techniques.
  • Updated STCW Training – Fire Prevention and Firefighting.
  • Updated STCW Training – Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (other than fast rescue boats).
  • Advanced Firefighting Training.
  • Intermediate Lifeboat Coxswain (2-year Twin Fall lifeboat coxswain).

Additional Details:

Professionals must have the right to work in the UK or be UK citizens.
