Specialist ETO for Bulk Carrier 40,000 DWT – TransAtlantica – Embarkation in August 2025
Description of the position and key functions: We are sharing a job offer for the position of Specialist ETO (Electro-Technical Officer) on a bulk carrier of 40,000 DWT, built between 2024 and 2025, with a main MAN 5S50ME-C9.7 TierII engine. The main responsibilities will include handling and maintaining electronic engines, ensuring the proper operation of the HPSCR system, and effectively collaborating with the crew. We are looking for a professional with solid experience in bulk carriers who values teamwork.
Requirements and qualifications: Previous experience with electronic engines is required. Preference will be given to candidates under 45 years of age and of Ukrainian nationality.
Additional details: The contract is for 6 ± 1 months, with a salary ranging between USD 6,000 and USD 6,400, depending on experience. Embarkation is scheduled for mid-August 2025. Starlink internet with 1 GB per day is provided at no additional cost, and there is a Filipino cook on board offering meals such as borsh, golubtsi, and Adjarian khachapuri.
