Position Overview
We are seeking a Night Cook for an MPSV (Multi-Purpose Support Vessel) operating in the Black Sea/Europe region. This is a temporary contract position for 6 weeks, based in Ukraine, with a daily rate of 150-160€. The vessel is operated by Black Sea Contractors.
Requirements
- Experience as a Night Cook
- Passed Marlin Test
- Culinary training or demonstrable experience in maritime catering
Responsibilities
- Preparation of meals during night shifts
- Maintenance of the galley and food storage areas
- Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
Required Documentation
- STCW Basic Safety Training Certificate
- Crew Health Certificate
- Personal Survival and Social Responsibilities (PSSR) Certificate
- Advanced Fire Fighting Certificate
- Elementary First Aid Certificate
- Sea Survival Certificate
- Passenger Ship Safety Training Certificate (if applicable)
- Valid passport
- Required visas
- Seaman’s Book
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate for Seafarers
