Position Overview

We are seeking a Night Cook for an MPSV (Multi-Purpose Support Vessel) operating in the Black Sea/Europe region. This is a temporary contract position for 6 weeks, based in Ukraine, with a daily rate of 150-160€. The vessel is operated by Black Sea Contractors.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Night Cook
  • Passed Marlin Test
  • Culinary training or demonstrable experience in maritime catering

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of meals during night shifts
  • Maintenance of the galley and food storage areas
  • Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

Required Documentation

  • STCW Basic Safety Training Certificate
  • Crew Health Certificate
  • Personal Survival and Social Responsibilities (PSSR) Certificate
  • Advanced Fire Fighting Certificate
  • Elementary First Aid Certificate
  • Sea Survival Certificate
  • Passenger Ship Safety Training Certificate (if applicable)
  • Valid passport
  • Required visas
  • Seaman’s Book
  • Valid Medical Fitness Certificate for Seafarers
