We are seeking an experienced Chief Engineer for a DP2 Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) with specific expertise in Cummins engines and diesel-electric propulsion systems. This position is based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with worldwide navigation.

  • Salary: $400 per day
  • Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE) – Base, with worldwide navigation
  • Contract: Rotation contract 90 days ON/OFF

  • Required Qualification: First Class Engineer Officer (Chief Engineer) certificate recognised by the relevant maritime administration

Requirements

  • Experience with diesel-electric propulsion systems

  • Responsible for the vessel’s engine department
  • Supervision and maintenance of Cummins engines
  • Management of diesel-electric propulsion systems

  • Compliance with SOLAS and MARPOL regulations in the engine department

  • Valid Chief Engineer certificate
  • Updated STCW certificates
