Responsibilities
- Supervision of deck operations and manoeuvres
- Management of DP (Dynamic Positioning) Level 2 systems
- Coordination of supply and intervention operations
- Compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- According to STCW, typical functions include: responsibility for navigation watches, supervision of deck maintenance, management of loading/unloading operations, and implementation of the ISPS Code
